Insert an image from a File Cabinet page into a content page

There are a couple different ways to do this.
In both cases, it is easier to have the page you are going to insert them in open in one tab or window and the file cabinet page open in another.

In the content page, select edit --> place your cursor where you would like to insert the picture --> select "Insert" --> then "Image"
Once the insert image box opens, select insert by "Web address (URL)"

Method one:
  • Place your cursor over the file you want to add on your file cabinet page
  • Right Click the 'view' or 'download' link and "Copy link address"
  • Navigate back to the image insert box in your page content and place your cursor in the box
  • Copy the address into the box by pressing "ctrl" + "v" or right click and select "Paste"
  • Select OK
  • Save the page

Method two:
  • Place your cursor over the either the 'view' or 'download' link for the file you want to add on your file cabinet page
  • Click and hold your mouse down to drag the link into the insert image box in your page content
  • release the mouse button to insert the URL
  • Select OK
  • Save the page
